2010's list of
meetings is now available on the
events
page of the website. The
Society's AGM on 21st January saw a very good attendance
(and excellent buffet!). As detailed in the
December 2009 newsletter, there was discussion on the
potential of winding up the Society, due to the pressure that
the committee was experiencing in fulfilling its functions.
Happily, the meeting confirmed that the Society will continue
and a number of volunteers have come forward to take up some of
the jobs and/or serve on the Committee itself. We look forward
to an eventful and productive 2010 and sincerely thank our
members for their interest and support. |
