Meetings and events

The Baldock Society holds six members' meetings a year. These are held on Thursdays from 8pm at Baldock Community Centre Simpson Drive, Baldock SG7 6DH Meetings and events calendar (click an event for more information) The Baldock Society Meetings offer an update on The Baldock Society committee's activity during the previous two months and provide members with the opportunity to discuss and feed back on issues affecting the town. Meetings then continue to a talk on one of a variety of subjects. Where points of discussion are officially recorded, these are made available on the general meeting notes and documents page. Entry to general meetings is free for members and costs just £1 (unless otherwise stated for a particular event) for visitors. Refreshments are available and there is a raffle. The Baldock Society's elected committee meets on the first Thursday of each month to discuss recent planning applications and other matters within the scope of the Society's interests.
